This real estate update is for the 2009 1st quarter real estate listings and sales report for Ormond-by-the-Sea Florida. As I've done with some of the other city reports for the 1st quarter of Volusia county, in this report I'll include a short explanation of the Daytona Beach area, and the 7 cities it encompasses. Ormond-by-the-Sea is quite simply, the city on the farthest north side of Volusia County, but it's only on the beachside. Ormond-by-the-Sea is a unique city; unlike other cities in Volusia County. I'm continuing with my report of real estate listings and sales for the Daytona Beach area, this post will cover Ormond by the Sea. If you're not familiar with the layout of the cities in East Volusia County, view this map of the Daytona Beach area. You'll see Ormond by the Sea on the far north end of the map. If you read my last two posts, you heard my frustration with trying to schedule appointments to show condos, when all the keys needed to be picked up in the listing offices, or the listing agents had to accompany the showings. After several hours of scheduling appointments, I was finally able to schedule enough showings for my condo buyers who were only in town for 2 days. Their daughter is going to be attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. We looked at condos in Daytona Beach Shores and Ponce Inlet until 8:00 Friday night.
