french eclectic: A Brief Look at Two Historic Homes in Kensington, San Diego - 09/26/10 01:48 PM
This first home in Kensington is known as the "Wonder House of Stone".  It was built in 1926 by Master Builder L.J. Faulkner and designed by Ralph E Hurlburt.  This two story French Eclectic house was built of Dolomite marble with 15 inch monolithic walls.  It's truly is a beauty to behold!

The second home is a 1927 Spanish-Style Home in Kensington as well.  It's Historic name is the Daniel McConnell and Herbert Bathrick house.
