As I see it . . . . . . . Overcome the conflicts in negotiations
Conflict in negotiations can become a brick wall in the negotiations. If it’s not successfully resolved the negotiations collapses and the negotiations comes to an unsuccessful ending.
It’s not uncommon that there will be areas in the negotiations where the parties have a difference option and where they may both want the same thing.
