feedback: Are you going to tell us what people say?

I recently was going through my marketing plan with a potential seller and about half way through my presentation I heard a question that just made me stop and stare. As I was getting to the part of asking what was their preferred method of communication and explaining that they would hear from me at least once a week and most likely twice a week with updates, she says, "Are you going to let us know what people say?"

feedback: Why Ask for Feedback if You Aren't Going to Use It?

I love getting feedback on my listings. It gives me great info to pass along to my sellers. Have I overlooked an important issue that might be a hurdle for others? Of course some things we can't change: street noise, commercial buildings, the neighbors, and size of the yard, but if you pay attention, the advice of other Realtors and buyers is invaluable.
Give all the feedback to your sellers and discuss it with them allowing them to process the comments. Is there something that can change other than price and if price is the constant then consider that … (36 comments)
