That's right, Tri-Cities Park in Placentia, received a much needed make-over to the delight of park-goers and local residents alike.
Tri-Cities Park (including the City of Placentia) is a place I've written about before, its tranquil feeling, an eight acre lake, mature trees and natural habitat is a wonderful place to take a break and enjoy nature in the outdoors. It's supported and managed by a triangle of cities (hence the name) Placentia, Brea and Fullerton, CA.
Improvements at Tri-Cities included major landscaping/tree trimming, repaving of walking paths, repaving parking lots, extended hours, and of course the all important restroom renovation.

YES, you read that correctly, Placentia home sales for single-family homes increased 5 times for the month of March as compared to February and more than double January's sales.
The real estate market report for sales/market activity for March 2008:
Single family sales activity in March ~ Asking prices $264,000 to $1,790,000. (*Note only 3 out of 162 were over 1 million.)
