Does anyone have a recommendation for REO Accounting packages for a Real Estate Agency of mine they might pass along?
Basically what they are looking for is a way to track invoices, accounts recieveable & payable, and other activities specific to each property.

I checked realdata.net I believe Monday and only saw 800 or so properties listed to be auctioned off.
 I checked again this morning and....SHAZAM.......look at the number of homes posted on 2/10-2/11.

foreclosures: REO Preservation and Protection - 01/28/09 12:59 AM
We have recently completed two REO Preservation/Clean up projects that I wanted to point out as well as the extra servicesI feel like all Real Estate Agents that are pre-marketing REO's should require of their field service companies. 
I thought I'd mention these things since the reaction that I have gotten from many different parties regarding the work we did was very positive.  The neighbors especially we very pleased that we went the extra mile to make sure the homes had good curb appeal and that there was a process in place to take care of them.
