Currently in North Peoria we are seeing an increase in stolen AC units like the like the one below from vacant homes. Neighbors are not really noticing anything suspicious as the thieves are usually in unmarked utility vans or trucks removing the units from the properties. One would normally assume the home is just getting a new HVAC system. So if anyone observes anything that looks suspicious please call the police department. This is happening across the Phoenix Metro area. To all the listing agents out there I recommend taking a photo of the serial number of all ground mounted units … (0 comments)
