Surfwood  Monterey is a 92 unit condominium complex in the Highland Park Hermonneighborhood in the city of Los Angeles.  Built in 1989(first move-ins were in 1990) the complex features subterranean parking, two elevators, pool, spa and gym.   The homes are two bedrooms and two baths in a variety of floor plans.  Each unit has washer-dryer hook-ups.   The top floor units have higher ceilings with clerestory windows.

Built in 1985, Chadwick Terrace is located in the Monterey Hills area of the city of Los Angeles. 
There were two sales in 2010 according to multiple listing reports.   A first floor one bedroom, one bath condominium with 621 square feet sold for $188,000(the lowest sales price in Monterey Hills in 2010)as a short sale.   A bank-owned two bedroom, two bath unit  on the first floor with 1033 square feet sold for $231,000.
