Today there are currently 8 homes for sale in Cobblestone Farms. I was at a social gathering tonight with my Taekwondo family which consists of about 10 children ranging from age 5 to about 10. My son and my family really enjoy the company of these people who are concerned with guiding their children with kindness and keeping them out of trouble. We discussed my insights on the real estate and it was a pleasure. I also found out that one of the parents works for HUD. We talked about how things can improve. Now in Arizona we don't have many basement homes that exist. The reason for this is the ground is hard rock and it the cost is quite expensive for the excavation process. So there you go. Yesterday we just announced our open house on the listing we took up this week and added to the MLS two days ago, and boom! It's sold. One prospective buyer was telling us how he thinks the home is over priced at $135,000. And I merely responded, "If you think it is over priced for you, then it is over priced for you." Two hours later the house went under contract at $137,000.
