Yesterday I did a 10 mile run ( shorter than last weekend since I am looking @ doing the half marathon even for the Seattle marathon next weekend, just have to see if I can still register)
The day was one of the most beautiful I have seen in months and it was a totally perfect run, decent time and lots of fun and not even a touch of knee pain.
Then I came home and made lunch for everyone and got things together with my family before heading to the office to print off my open house … (2 comments)

This home is no longer for sale, usually when a listing is canceled it is an unhappy reason, but this time, the home owner got to keep her home. Yes we worked hard to sell it, yes my client who processes the short sales worked and did not get paid, but it just feels so good to know that a family will be able to keep their home and we were part of it.... This house is on the North Slope, it has not just huge amounts of squarefootage. (over 3500 sf!) but also a huge huge garage with a separate address. It is located near everything and in a very desirable neighborhood. We have had calls asking what is wrong with it since the price is SO LOW and it was listed in the $700K range a year ago. It's been well over 10 years since our family drank tap water, actually maybe over 15 because it was one of the first health changes my Naturpath recommended when I started going to see him.
