And input from sellers is welcomed. But sometimes the thinking is a little out of date for the marketing. Or just the property owner thinks this would be a wise approach when it is not.
There is so much behind the scenes of the listing and marketing of a property.
Dealing with banks, lawyers, appraisers, zoning officials and life wrinkles.
The have to do this before that can happen in the real estate timing to get to the property closing on time.
