As I have witnessed the world of blogging in its infancy many years back, it is now a main source of information for so many people. Here on Active Rain, this platform reaches the world of real estate and beyond. Mainly, however, this blog site provides endless topics, useful tips, and a community of professionals that help one another on a daily basis.

My son made an important step this week as he successfully walked the stage for his high school graduation. The Woodlands High School Higlanders recognized the many Senior's that have graced their halls over the past few years and sent them on their way into the world. Don't we all have those days, those clients, those deals that for whatever the reason, we just blew it? We ALL have and we ALL hopefully learned a valuable lesson upon the blown deal or disappointed client. What do you do with it? Well, that is the key. We all hope to make all of our clients satisfied 100% of the time. The reality is that this will never happen.
