I really am not a Halloween fan per se. I do love this time of year with pumpkins, cooler temperatures, and all of the Fall colors. I am not a fan of blood, gore and evil.

Tonight is that fun night that children love to participate in. Here in The Woodlands, many of the neighborhoods have special events for the kids and most parents are out with their children. Tomorrow is Halloween and that means lots of little trick or treaters will be hitting the streets. Sadly, each year we hear of fatalities and accidents which can be avoided with some extra precautions. Please take the time to adhere to some simple guidelines to ensure the safety of all. Don't allow your children to wear all black. If they insist on a black costume, place some reflective decals on the front and the back of the costume so they can be seen by car lights.
