IS THE FEEDING FRENZY OVER? I am just wondering how the rest of you are doing after the April 30th date passed by last week? For me, it was literally a feeding frenzy as everyone of course waited until the last minute to get under contract by the 30th. Now don't get me wrong, we have to make hay while the sun shines. However, I am EXHAUSTED and needed the weekend to recover. On the flip side - when these deals close, it will be a happy day indeed! How did the rest of you fare? ON SHAMROCK AND SALES! Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! As I was contemplating this day, I wanted to dig a little deeper on this traditional day. Having only a small percentage of Irish blood in me (I'm sure we all have some!), I was curious to research the significance of the Shamrock. What I discovered about this tiny little plant is that the famous Saint Patrict used this plant to teach the trinity of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
