As the Texas coast prepares for the storms today, there are a lot of preparations going on. The big news coming out this weekend concerns the Texas Gulf Coast and being prepared for what could be our first official tropical disturbance. If you followed the news yesterday and this morning, you no doubt are hearing about this area in the Gulf that is developing guickly. No matter what the outcome is, NOW is the time to begin preparing if this does form and brings with it a great deal of rain to our already heavily saturated area.
