We all know that when we need a tradesman we usually need him instantly! A pipe broke, your water heater is not heating, your sub flooring needs to be replaced etc etc. It is funny how some investors try to entice these tradesman to go to THEIR property first. They promise the tradesman with "bigger jobs" down the line! Some promise them lunch and drink! These and other reasons are useless! How do I get them to do my work right now, this second?
