Kitchen Organizing – Step 2 How much is too much? Many of us accumulate things but do not get rid of items the new purchase is supposed to be replacing. Reasons to Start Purging When You Turn 50 When I was in my 40's, I became friends with an Interior Decorator who was in her mid-60's. One day when talking about the aging process she commented that she wished she could be 50 again. When I asked why, her response was.... I started slowing down - just a bit, in my 50's. To be organized means: 1) You get everything done when it's due. 2) You find everything easily when it is needed. It's really that simple. When I meet with a potential client for the first time, I always ask this question: What does being organized mean to you? And the answers I receive vary. From, everything is neat and tidy (doesn't mean you're organized by the way) to having a place for everything and everything in its place (closer to being organized).
