The other day, I was online searching for websites. This has been a daunting task to say the least mind you. Anywho, one site I went to which shall remain unknown had one of those 'chat with me' boxes that popped up while I was browsing the site. The window pops up and the chatter asks if they can help me so I say sure why not and beging chatting. I let them know what I needed in a site and wanting to know pricing options. Last week while doing some ‘Go Green’ reading, I came across an article that sparked some thought, “Six Surprisingly Comfortable Cave Homes”. Needless to say, I was a bit taken back because the thought of living in a cave doesn’t bring anything remotely close to comfortable to mind. So I clicked on the article and the next thing you know, it was 1 a.m. as what I found had me thinking about what the housing market may turn to and what I would probably be marketing one day. Ok. So I'm known to be blunt. Can't help it. It's just me. I'm as sweet as pie but I do make it my point to tell it like it is. I've been trying to write this post since July but I've been trying to find a way to "put it lightly"

I recently referred a buyer out to my partner. She has been calling me for about a year. I would hear from her every couple of months when she would have a question on real estate. She was back and forth with her decision to buy a home and decided a couple of months ago to take the dive. I was happy for her that she had finally made her choice. BUT, my plate was full.
