Palm Springs CA - located just 115 miles east of Los Angeles has been a Desert playground for many years. In fact, the city recently celebrate 75 years as a city - though its' history goes all the way back to native Americans.
The mid-century pinnacle of Palm Springs saw stars such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Doris Day, Bob Hope, Keely Smith, Sammy Davis JR, Lucille Ball and Elvis Presley visiting and owning homes in this Desert Oasis.
