The City of Ashland is providing support for a Rogue Valley Community Development Corporation (RVCDC) project on Siskiyou Boulevard in Ashland. It is their Mutual Self-Help Program, and if you have the 32 hours per week available for the sweat-equity requirements, and can meet the low income/credit guidelines, what a wonderful opportunity to become a homeowner (0 comments)
