I hope you are having a great week. I wanted to let you know that the market is changing drastically as foreclosures and short sales are becoming very prominent in the real estate market. Over the past several months I have been helping people that are late on payments, in danger of foreclosure, or even need to move for a number of reasons that they cannot avoid.
