I looked at some comparable sales in an area of San Antonio, TX yesterday for a buyer who told me that they were going to offer $80,000 on a home listed for $105,000 because it was a Buyers Market. This buyer told me that they had been Searching for Affordable Homes on the internet and since they had been a REALTOR in the past knew how to assess the value of a home.
