My favorite Super Bowl Sunday guilty pleasure must have dip is made with Velveeta Cheese, Chili and Rotel tomato sauce. It is not the most healthy dip in the world and limiting it to once a year seems appropriate. I have been lobbying for it in my house for the last couple of weeks, but I have been vetoed. Mary Margaret and I have been eating healthy lately and I am training for two big pickleball tournaments in March in Mesa, Arizona. We did have a vote and it was very close after our healthy debate.
