Desperately seeking out Dallas's hottest finds..... My picks: York Street....not top end, but high end....nobody talks about them anymore, but good in my opinion, but at least a year since I have been there. Nobu...not NYC or LA, but anyone who can survive 2-3 years selling $200 tiny pieces of raw fish to this Texan double porterhouse grill it crowd deserves at list two stars Michelin in my book. Watels on Greenville....basic French/Belgian...not cheap, but not expensive. Hotel St. Germain....celebrates Bastille day and Beaujolais Nouveau Day and others. This might be your kind of place.
