vastcom: Unusual places to receive leads from: Walmart

For the last two weeks, I have been seeing steady traffic to the RealBird single property websites coming from two new, surprising sources . Walmart is using Oodle's search engine to power its new, quitely released classified site (among the over 200 other sites, like Lycos, local newspaper and TV channel websites). Since we are syndicating to Oodle, the listings started to show on Walmart's classifed site automatically. Joel Burslem at FOREM had more about this on his blog earlier last week. Overstock.com - a large e-commerce site - is even more surprising. Not that they introduced a classified ads … (7 comments)
