You may not have noticed but there are pockets of HOT markets going on in San Diego, CA. I am a REALTOR in North County SD, Ramona, which is a rural area. One of these markets is the first time buyer-under $350K buyer. These homes are being snatched up as quickly as they are put on MLS. So what gives?
