ME!!! Okay, I am not new to real estate. I have been doing this for 5 years and specializing in REO (foreclosures) for over 3. What IS new is my company, Ozarks' Independent Realty, out of West Plains, Missouri. Opening my own brokerage has been a dream of mine since before I started selling real estate. That is why I got my Broker/Salesperson license just a few months after my Salesperson's license, so I would be ready. And while I worked for a good broker for 5+ years and learned a lot, this was just the right time to get out … (5 comments)
