  While many folks celebrate a New Year with new resolutions, January 17 is a day to ditch any  resolutions that aren't working and start over by being honest with oneself. 
For those who are on track with keeping new year's resolutions-whether to to exercise more, eat less and be kinder to one's fellow man-Congratulations! 
People who are failing at New Years resolutions can experience guilt, resentment and depression. Maybe the goals were too big or ambitious and need to be re-evaluated and adjusted. Maybe the resolutions were to please someone else instead of one's self. Look at the goals again … (4 comments)
