I learned about this feature only last month. However, I kept getting stuck in "pending" because my photos weren't big enough. As you know, merely stretching your photos to a larger size only results in poor, faded, pixilated images.

Parents in the Cupertino homes area (Cupertino, Sunnyvale, West San Jose, Santa Clara & Saratoga) should be aware that the California Department of Public Health has declared an epidemic of Whooping Cough (Pertussis) in California. Whooping cough is a bacterial infection that can cause serious coughing fits that make it hard to breathe.

Five Miles or Less-that's the distance most people move when selling and/or buying a home.
According to a NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® survey, sellers only move a median of 18 miles from their old home to their next home. In fact the most common distance for moving is five miles or less.
Perhaps surprisingly, older people tend to move a longer distance than younger people.
For example, only one in ten home sellers under the age of 44 move more than a thousand miles away.
