It's good news; recent home pending sales have gone up over seven percent from July to August across the nation. That's great news for everyone, but when you narrow the details of the report, it shows that the states with a large surge in numbers of sales were states out West. The real estate market is slowly beginning to show signs of life again. 1st quarter sales and 2nd quarter sales were up and the trend continues.
