Hey Realtors - I am on several Realtor Groups on facebook and Linkedin and I am reading where Realtors all over the US from all companies are paying for leads.....my question is WHY ? Why would you give someone money (and I am seeing a LOT of money) being thrown away for leads!!
Quit paying for leads - learn how to get your own flow of consistent quality leads and NEVER pay for them again!!

Yesterday I took a listing in a city which is about 45 minutes from where I live. I live in Flower Mound and the listings that I took were in Lancaster. It was 2 duplexes each with a sales price of $134,000.
I told a Realtor friend and he said " You drove that far for a listing?" I told him yes - I am licensed in the entire state of Texas, not just Flower Mound!

If you have ever worked the FSBO market you know that there is a 95% chance that the seller will ask you to cut your commission. I understand that and I am always ready in advance if that statement comes up.
