Inventory in the Houston area is LOW! According to the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the supply of homes has remained at 2.6 months of inventory since December. We are seeing this in most of the communities surrounding Houston as well, with buyers finding very little to pick from.
With resales in short supply, many buyers are turning to new construction to find their next home.
If a new-construction home is something you are considering, you should be sure to secure your own Realtor to represent you in the purchase.
