Wondering how you can possibly eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day?  Here are some simple tips from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that can help make it easier.
MORNING
Drink a glass of juice. Add sliced banana or strawberries to your cereal. Have a bowl of melon or peaches. Top your pancakes or waffles with fruit. LUNCH
