Communities in Indio with No HOA Living in a neighborhood with a homeowners associates (HOA) has its pros and cons but the choice is yours. If you wish to stay away from HOA's, Indio has several nice communities to choose from.
If you don't want an additional monthly payment on top of your mortgage, insurance, and property taxes, a community with no HOA is a nice choice. Indio has many neighborhoods available with home prices currently ranging from $200,000 to $400,000.
For home buyers looking for a nice community without an HOA, I recommend looking at some of the following neighborhoods:
Bella Tierra
Bella Vida
Cheyenne Ranch
Desert Song

Homes for Sale in Palazzo at Shadow Hills Palazzo at Shadow Hills has 3 new floor plans available for sale ranging from 2181 sq.ft. up to 3029 sq.ft. The floor plans offer 3 to 4 bedrooms with an optional 5th bedroom on some plans.  The new floor plans by Woodside Homes based out of Utah are all single story homes with 2 or 3 car garages. The new floor plans are truly well designed and functional in every aspect of living.
