Month of Jan. 2022 – Happy New Year to all. Hard to believe January is already behind us. Unit sales of 40 homes is two less than prior year, a 5% decline. Average Sale Price leapt up 35.4% to $443.7k. This is no fluke as the Sale Price per sq. ft. also rose a similar 34.1% to $241.6$/ft. Median Price Per foot was a greater increase of 37.5% to $240.3.
