I watched the show once and thought the show should have more to offer but loved it not because they are doing anything different or better than most of the realtors. But to see that young agent can make that much of money fast. To see how we young realtor are using the technology and changing the why people will sell or buy their new homes. I am always up for new idea and new ways to list a home to sell.

NEW ROCHELLE -On May 16 that Target has signed a lease for a new 160,000-squarefoot store at the 1.2 million-square-foot New Roc City complex. The property is currently undergoing a $50-million capital improvement project to reshape the center into a more conventional shopping locale. Target intends to open its doors at the new store in October 2010. The store will be Target's fourth in Westchester County, with existing locations in Mount Vernon,Mount Kisco and White Plains.
