I've been a little lax on my training blog lately. Maybe all this running has gotten to me. Maybe I've just been consumed with other things. Well, I must say that I did enjoy my "down week" last week. I ran a total of only 12 miles for the week. No runs were longer than 3 miles and I only ran that distance twice. I've gotta be honest. I'm still a bit skeptical about being able to run the whole 13.1 mile race in November. Don't get me wrong, I'm making tremendous progress. For instance, my Day 1 time for 2 miles was a whopping 48 minutes! That included several sessions of walking over the duration.
