while mortgage interest rates have been kept low and near historic lows.

Aug. 3, 1943: Nearly 3 inches of rain fell in a 24-hour period in Phoenix. - This record was broken today! Previous record was 2.91 inches and thus far today we are at 2.96 inches and counting!
Jan. 5, 1950: The lowest temperature recorded in Phoenix was 17 degrees.
June 26, 1990: Phoenix had a high of 122 degrees.
July 18, 2005: Winds were recorded at 77 mph at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
