Rosemead is a very beautiful city to live in with a wide vareity of businesses catering to the needs of a diverse group of ethnicities. I have lived in Rosemead for over 15 years and home value in generally have been constantly rising while crime rates have been declining. There are schools every few blocks, which means lower classroom sizes and more focus on education. Just listed a beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Rosemead. There are lots of extras and upgrades such as expensive drapes, marble flooring, yamaha sound speakers in the living rooms, granite counters, jacuzzi, and pantry room. california: Crackdown on False and Misleading Designations

Just read an article today that in California the Department of Real Estate is cracking down on agents who use false and misleading designations that could raise important legal and ethical issues. Terms that they do not like are "expert", "certified", and "specialist" on marketing materials especial on short sales and loan modifications. There are a list of questions for consumers to ask these agents that might be good to send out to friends, family, or clients to help them avoid being scammed like "How many transactions or services of the type you are advertising have you successfully performed?" … (2 comments)
