I have an adorable listing. It's gotten rave reviews on property tours. Open House comments are highly positive. Agent feedback has been full of praise. But it is still active! The price point was good, but we reduced the price to make a bigger impression. Central Texas is in a drought, yet my client is hand-watering (which is the only legal way) to keep the yard looking semi green. It has been scientifically proven you have 7 seconds to make a first impression on someone. In Real Estate, that first impression is the curb appeal of your home. What do you want that first impression to be? Easily you could say I want my home to look welcoming and inviting. How do you translate that into curb appeal? How do you manifest the outside of your home into looking so lovely that a potential buyer will be drawn to the inside? Let’s start with the facts; what would a House Inspector say?
