One Steamboat Place luxury ski in, ski out condos It’s been an interesting year for high-end home sales (over $1,000,000) in Steamboat because the luxury market isn’t as robust as its been in past years. Typically, 10-15% of pending sales are for homes priced over $1M, but this year luxury homes only represent 6-7% of pending sales. Steamboat Luxury Home Sales in September 2010 Catamount Ranch Three Steamboat luxury home sales closed last month, including a Catamount Ranch bank-owned property that closed at 98% of the current asking price. There are 15 Steamboat properties above $1M currently in escrow.
