If you live in Arizona, saguaro cactus plants can be seen almost everywhere - in the desert, in parks and in our front yards. The saguaro (pronounced sowaro) is also the state flower of Arizona. The saguaros provide shelter to many birds. The first to move in are usually the woodpeckers.
