Kyle is the fourth fastest growing city in Texas, and in Texas, that says a LOT. But because of this growth, it has all the conditions that make it ripe for high foreclosure rates. A young community with mostly newer neighborhoods (less than ten years old and many less than five years old). Most homes were sold when zero down was the loan option of choice.
But in actuality, Kyle hasn't been "hit" that bad. Certainly there are some, but Kyle is no Hutto. What is surprising to me is how many homes foreclose when homeowners have other options. Even if … (0 comments)

The number one questions I get from agents is, "How do I keep my buyer from withdrawing his/her contract in the middle of a short sale approval process?".  
Well, quite simply... you can't!  That is, after all, their right. 
But there are some ways you can improve the odds that they will stick around.  And if you can't keep them around, there are some ways to have a buyer ready to go when you do get approval.
