  Out of the five homes I showed today to one of my buyers, not one had heat over 50 degrees.  When it is really cold inside the house, it is difficult for my buyers to feel like home and hard to concentrate on what is important about the home because they are ready to leave when they get there because it is too cold.  The comfort we want the buyer to feel is a "home like" feel so they can picture themselves in this home as their own.  When you can see your breath from the inside it doesn't help.  … (6 comments)

I have worked with US Bank with a handful of short sales in the past few years and have noticed nothing but problems with their communication and their disorganization.  I was wondering if others have had issues with their short sales with US Bank.  I have had a couple fall apart based on the lack of communication between the short sale department and the foreclosure department.  Has anyone else had this problem.  I also have noticed that the short sale negotiators are not that knowledgeable with real estate and the process of selling a home.  I know that they hire people … (9 comments)

I was going through the internet to see what was available for free for getting more internet leads.  Every few months I check the internet and include my information on new sites that are trying to succeed. That is how I found Active Rain a long time ago.   So I found a few new ones and thought I would share them with everyone.  Some of these you can actually add your listings to their site also.  It never hurts to include your listings to everything that is available.
