NORTHEAST DC | Kadida Development Group (KDG) and Urban Investment Partners (UIP) instructed their sales & marketing team to cancel all contracts at Tribeca Condominiums early Wednesday and withdraw listings from the MLS. Shocked buyers, many of whom have been under contract for a year or more, were informed that the nearly-completed building located at 40 N Street NE would be converting to a rental property.
