Healthy 2011 - A Simple Stretch
I came across Juli Vosmik's new group, Healthy 2011, and had to jump on board.  Juli is always coming up with great ideas.
Anyway, following the guidelines for Healthy 2011, I immediately thought of something I just HAVE to do every time I take a walk.
Ever lay in bed at night and your legs tingle, especially below the knees?  Maybe they feel like they're slightly cramping?  I can get that way after taking a longer walk or bike ride than usual.
There's a simple way (at least for me) to avoid that cramping.
