I had the opportunity to visit the Marana Cotton Festival last week and was reminded to let the folks living of buying a home in Tucson or Marana Arizona of the wonderful opportunities in this area of town for sale.
With all the new construction by Meritage Homes, KB Homes, DRH Properties Inc, KLB,  Lennar, and Richmond American -- the neighborhood is booming!
Remember to always take buyer representation with you when visiting a new home site.  As wonderful as the listing agents are - they DO work for the builder.  Have an advocate on YOUR side!!
