Tangering Crossing is a newer community, growing rapidly, located up near Thornydale and Tangering Roads in Marana, AZ.

In looking at new construction AND resale, there are 35 homes either active, under contract, or closed since the end of October.
Of those, 23 involved new construction. This is definitely a community where new construction is booming!!
In looking at the 12 resale properties.
