Why would you make your Client drive an hour to close? I get it - you LOVE your closer. She/he's the best closer out there. They can do no wrong. But did you really just make your client drive from the South Side of town over an hour just to get to closing??
In San Antonio we have several great Title Companies and closers. And it never ceases to amaze me when the listing agent is asking to close at a location that is 30 miles (or more) away from the house! Seriously? I'm just not convinced that's in the … (4 comments)

Foursquare: DO you use it to generate leads for Real Estate? OK, I'll admit it, I'm behind the times. I just read an article in REALTOR magazine that discusses Foursquare and how you can "check in" at different venues.
Beautiful... yet another mountain for my technology-challenged brain. But before I download this app and clog up my Blackberry even more, I thought I'd ask the professionals: Are you using Foursquare and, if so, is it beneficial to your Real Estate business or has it become just another "thing" to do?
