A Good Real Estate Agent Does Not Price Your Home. Any one can set the price of your home for what ever dollar amount they choose. Any person can tell you what you want to hear and put a sign in your yard. However, if you truly want your home to say sold, then you want to work with an honest Realtor who does not price your home.
